Cellbell Table is a ready-to-use product (No-Installation required) , it doesn't require any service expert to be available for Installation or Uninstallation. Also, service person costs are not included in the product price as most customers didn't require a service person for this product.

Need Service-Expert?
Service Experts for Installation and Uninstallation are available at select locations and its a paid service (non-inclusive in Product Price). Within 48hrs, you can expect to get a service person assigned for your case. You can place Service Order using this Link: https://cellbell.in/products/product-service-request/ Note: Service and Parts cost extra if any damages resulting from usage.
Warranty Coverage?
Its a 12 months Repair or Replace Warranty.
Only manufacturing Defects are Covered under Warranty.
Parts Covered are : Table Joints, Wooden Pad, Foot-caps, Paint, Cushion.
Parts not Covered: Any part damages or irregularities due to the usage of the product beyond its intended use and wear & tear in the natural course of product usage.
Exceptions: In-Transit Damages Reported within 2-Days from Delivery Date are Covered.
Exceptions: Incompatible products in good condition packaged well for return are covered.
Exceptions: In case any specific part required different than the standard part given with the product, then extra charges will be applicable.
Exceptions: In case of any missing product accessories, then it will be replaced instead of the whole product reported within 2 days from the delivery date.
Exceptions: In case, the customer changed the mind and wants another product in exchange, then new order needs to be placed for that other product and the current product can be managed by a paid return if customer service approves the order.
How to Return or replace this product?
Customer service offers free returns and replacement for eligible orders within 30 Days from the Delivery date, else applicable return charges are deducted from the order refund amount.
