Product is DIY or Service-Expert Required?

Cellbell GC01 to GC08 Alpha series chair is a DIY (Do-it-Yourself) Installation product, it doesn't require any service expert to be available for Installation or Uninstallation. Also, service person costs are not included in the product price as most customers didn't require a service person for this product.

Service Experts for Installation, Uninstallation and for any part replacement installation are available at select locations and it's a paid service (non-inclusive in Product Price). Within 48hrs, you can expect to get a service person assigned for your case. Warranty Coverage?

  1. It's a 36 months Repair or Replace Warranty.

  2. Only manufacturing Defects are Covered under Warranty.

  3. Parts Covered are: Hydraulic Shaft, Mechanism Bolt for 12-Months from Delivery Date

  4. Parts not Covered as they are prone to wear-tear as per usage: Wheelbase, wheels, Seat, Upholstery Material damages, Plastic Accessories Cap of wheelbase and of the hydraulic shaft.

  5. Exceptions: In-Transit Damages & missing parts Reported within 10-Days from Delivery Date are Covered.

  6. Exceptions: Incompatible products in good condition packaged well for return are covered.

  7. Exceptions: In case any specific part is required different than the standard part given with the product, then extra charges will be applicable.

  8. Exceptions: In case of any missing product accessories, then it will be replaced instead of the whole product reported within 10 days from the delivery date.

  9. Exceptions: In case, the customer changed their mind and wants another product in exchange, then new order needs to be placed for that other product and the current product can be managed by a paid return(borne by the customer) if customer service approves the order.
