## Product is DIY or Service-Expert Required?

Cellbell GC01-02-03  chair is a DIY (Do-it-Yourself) Installation product, it doesn't require any service expert to be available for Installation or Uninstallation. Also, service person costs are not included in the product price as most customers didn't require a service person for this product.

## Need Service-Expert?

Service Experts for Installation and Uninstallation are available at select locations and its a paid service (non-inclusive in Product Price).\
Within 48hrs, you can expect to get a service person assigned for your case. \

**Note**: Service and Parts cost extra if any damages resulting from usage.

## Warranty Coverage?

1. Its a 12 months Repair or Replace Warranty.
2. Only manufacturing Defects are Covered under Warranty.
3. Parts Covered are : Hydraulic Shaft, Seat Mechanism Bolt.
4. Parts not Covered: Wheel base, wheels, Upholstery Material damages, Plastic Accessories Cap of wheelbase and hydraulic shaft.
5. Exceptions: In-Transit Damages Reported within 2-Days from Delivery Date are Covered.
6. Exceptions: Incompatible products in good condition packaged well for return are covered.
7. Exceptions: In case any specific part required different than the standard part given with the product, then extra charges will be applicable.
8. Exceptions: In case of any missing product accessories, then it will be replaced instead of the whole product reported within 2 days from the delivery date.
9. Exceptions: In case, the customer changed the mind and wants another product in exchange, then new order need to be placed for that other product and current product can be managed by a paid return if customer service approves the order.&#x20;

## How to Return or replace this product?

Customer service offers free returns and replacement for eligible orders within 30 Days from the Delivery date, else applicable return charges are deducted from the order refund amount.
